Luke was amazing to work with! Luke and his son came out to my property and handled all the existing measurements and dimensions on everything. He took into account everything that we mentioned and executed it perfectly, He even had great suggestions that we loved and wouldn't have thought about otherwise! I flip houses and needed a total floor plan redesign along with electrical and plumbing plans. Luke met me at the property for the measurements and desired plans on Tuesday evening. We jumped on a video call a few days later and the plans were completed with all required adjustments on Sunday. Luke was patient and professional. Rates were unmatched as well. Luke with LRV Design Services assisted me with plans for a 400 sq ft ADU addition for a flip project which included interior and exterior drawings, plumbing, electrical, structural, roofing, appliances, everything down to the kitchen cabinet sizes. Was very impressed with the quality and proficiency of the work at an affordable rate within the allocated time frame allowed by the City of Atlanta office of planning. He also stands by his work which was very important to me during permitting. Will definitely utilize Lukes services again for future projects.
