I follow a thorough step by step process for all of my clients that involves gather information about the upcoming project, answering any questions my clients have, completing my work thoroughly and carefully, then providing customer education for those who need help with learning how to use their devices and ensuring customer satisfaction before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Software Development. Also, I was employed and trained by Best Buy’s GeekSquad doing Home Theater Installation before I started my business.
