- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, we first like to come out and walk the property to be able to give the most accurate price for your window washing. You will then receive an email with all your estimate information included. If you then decide to move forward with booking, you just simply approve the estimate online and someone will call you to schedule your cleaning!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have almost a decade of training, knowledge, and understanding of how to make sure your windows are cleaned and taken care of.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hiring someone in a big franchise is good, but hiring a smaller, family-owned company will give you someone dedicated to your home who isn't worrying about the next job on their busy schedule. You will receive more communication and focus on you and your project, which will result in a better experience and cleaner windows!
