What a fantastic experience with Olivia! I've been gathering pictures for years and couldn't work out how or where to hang them in our home; it was driving me nuts. I looked on Thumbtack on a whim, hired Olivia on the strength of her self-presentation and reviews, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. She came over very promptly, listened to my needs and concerns carefully, instantly starting arranging my pictures into totally unexpected patterns, plotted everything out beautifully, and then proceeded with the hang (checking with me throughout to make sure I was happy with what she was doing; I really appreciated this). The end result is amazing. Not only has she filled our space in ways I would never have dreamed of, but she's made me see our pictures in a new light. I'm already thinking about new rooms she can help us tackle. I would highly recommend Olivia at Art Install Solutions! What impressed me most was her attention to detail and precision. I had 7 pieces to hang and each piece was expertly measured and hung with care, ensuring everything was perfectly level and secure. My upstairs hallway has been transformed from a boring white background to a mini art gallery! Olivia is highly skilled at what she does but I wanted to mention that in addition to her skills, she is extremely courteous and professional as well as pleasant to work with! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- A phone call consultation is required prior to scheduling an install appointment. - A price estimate will be provided after consultation. - Current booking lead time: 2-3 weeks advance notice. - A site visit may be required for complex installations. - Artwork will be installed during scheduled appointment using Art Install Solutions’ tools with hardware provided by Art Install Solutions. - Additional items can be added to the scope of work at the time of install. Additional labor fees may apply. - Payment to be collected upon completion of installation. Cash, check, and Venmo are accepted. - A receipt and photos of the installation will be provided within 24 hours of payment collection.
