- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- For projects under 2 hours: a minimum charge of 2 hours of labor applies. - For projects requiring a pre-installation site visit: a site visit fee may apply. - For high elevation installations: additional labor fees may apply. - For projects requiring more than one installer: additional labor fees will apply. - For projects requiring more than 1 hour of travel: an additional travel fee may apply. - SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY: For pricing questions and general inquiries please send me an email directly, not a message via this app
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- A phone call consultation is required prior to scheduling an install appointment. - A price estimate will be provided after consultation. - Current booking lead time: 2-3 weeks advance notice. - A site visit may be required for complex installations. - Artwork will be installed during scheduled appointment using Art Install Solutions’ tools with hardware provided by Art Install Solutions. - Additional items can be added to the scope of work at the time of install. Additional labor fees may apply. - Payment to be collected upon completion of installation. Cash, check, and Venmo are accepted. - A receipt and photos of the installation will be provided within 24 hours of payment collection.
