We wanted to get family pictures done in Newport and found Anna on Thumbtack. She responded very quickly and had suggestions of the best place/time to do our pictures. She was great with my one year old son and got so many wonderful moments captured with him, my husband and my parents. She delivered our gallery of 200+ pictures within a few days! We had a great mix of candids and more formal poses. Highly recommend Anna for family portraits if you’re looking for a photographer!

Where should I start..I decided it was take the next step with my girlfriend and ask the question. I knew I wanted the proposal to be nothing short of magical and in order for that to happen I needed the perfect photographer. Right from the start Anna I knew Anna was the perfect person for the job. She had excellent communication and even took time out of her day to setup multiple phone conversations to make sure we were on the same page with how I wanted to surprise my girlfriend. Anna drove to newport and even setup the proposal location with flowers and lights. Her timing was perfect and she kept in constant communication the entire time. She took an immense amount of care in capturing the perfect photos and most importantly made us feel so comfortable. She recommended a vast amount of different poses and even bought us complimentary champagne and glasses for our special moment. Most photographers take weeks to get their pictures back, not with Anna! She even did us the sweetest gesture and immediately sent us a set of edited pictures so we can post our moment on social media right away! As far as her photography skills..I cant recommend them enough, the angles and the way she shot the pictures came perfect, my finance and I couldnt ask for anything more. I could go on and on about how perfect Anna did. She made the proposal perfect and I cant recommend her enough. If you're looking for the perfect photographer and someone who actually cares about your personal event I would without a doubt book Anna. 10/10.

Anna was absolutely amazing to work with for our family photo session in Westerly, RI. She was warm, attentive, and fully engaged throughout the process. Anna was generous with her time, open to my requests, and also willing to offer her own expertise on ideal locations and poses. She captured our photos in beautiful light at the perfect time of day, resulting in stunning images that we will cherish. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is fluid as I try to cater to each client's individual needs and budget constraints. Once we agree on a package and flat rate though, that is what we will stick to.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk on the phone or meet ahead of time to get to know each other and perhaps walk through the location where the shoot is going to take place. We discuss what kind of shoot we are planning and what shots we really want to get, what will work well with setting, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am pursuing a degree in photography
