Creating Artful Outdoor Spaces / LEAF Clean-up SPECIALS--BOOK NOW! Owner/Operator: Kae Winter MA, MFA MAKEspace Outdoors is a women-owned outdoor design and maintenance company. We offer sustainable outdoor care with services ranging from design and (native) planting to weeding, mulching, pruning and full seasonal clean-ups, and affordable maintenance packages. We utilize hand tools and electric lawn equipment only. (Getting the job done the right way, the first time :)). We are focused on implementing regenerative, permaculture-oriented, and mindful practices in our relationship with the outdoors. The owner, Kae Winter, is also an Expressive Arts Therapist / poet / artist, and creates/plants individualized therapeutic gardens with / and to help folks process various mental health issues including: grief, anxiety, depression, PTSD; and move toward general feelings of joy and well-being.

Kae helped me clean up some garden spaces and essentially create a new one. Her work is peaceful and beautiful. I didn’t realize the dirt could be so beautiful. I didn’t want to step in my new mostly native, pollinator garden:). Most importantly for me, I could totally imagine my next step in the garden after her work. Thanks Kae!

It’s not fair to only be able to pick three qualities, Kae is awesome - really knowable, hard working, great prices, and outstanding quality work. Kae helped me out with transplant a bush, pruning out of control large plants, and other general upkeep. Great person who does great work.
