My girls just started and they feel more confident already. Nic is great with kids. I wish I found jiu jitsu sooner. Great for self defense. So much more realistic for fighting then karate. Great prices.

Instructor Cortes is wonderful and my son loves going to his classes. My son is only 5 and bjj can be very technical but Instructor Cortes explains and demonstrates everything so he gets it, and he keeps it fun too.
