- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have no hidden fees my prices are based on time and location, not for equipment, so no add ons except for uplighting (if desired). Prices include professional speaker system capable for the size of your event, wireless microphones for speeches, MC services for announcements and my help with scheduling your night and keeping it flowing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to have a phone call with customers so that they can give me an idea of what they are looking for, I can tell them about myself and my process, and then I can provide an official quote. From there, if you wish to move forward, we would both sign my contact and a 50% deposit is required to hold the date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have formal training in Audio Visual event production, and have been doing this type of work for over 10 years. I was formally an Audio Visual Event Production Manager for large scale cooperate conferences, and then moved into the wedding industry.
