FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is per project. I like to initially visit the site with you, I use this time to discuss your project goals, take pictures, and take field dimensions of the existing conditions (where needed). I then go back to my office with the information to develop a proposal for your review and approval.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to chat over the phone initially to see if we are a good fit. If so I schedule a site visit!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my NCIDQ certification which is from the Council for Interior Design Qualification. The certification is the industry's recognized indicator of proficiency in interior design principles and a designer's commitment to the profession. Some states require an Interior Designer to be licensed/registered and this certification is what you obtain. I'm also a LEED Green Associate, which is the U.S. Green Building Council, a foundational professional credential signifying core competency in green building principles.
