Life is a rather fascinating journey! I’m grateful that I do not know anybody who’s walked through it in a straight line. Sometimes the journey is light and full of joy, other times painful and full of weight. While every person is unique and no two people’s experiences identical, when we explore ourselves deeply, we discover many similarities and a good dose of common humanity. And the deeper we explore, the juicier the discoveries! You’re reading this page. I’ll assume you want more or less of something. You want to facilitate a shift in yourself, relationship, family or group. You’ve reached the point of inviting another voice or perspective to facilitate the shift. Good for you! Our work together will be guided collectively. You will be in charge, I’ll offer direction. When you are ready to “leap forward,” I will stand with you and make sure you have something that feels like a net, but I will most certainly let you leap and support your need to be healthy and well.
