- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree in baking and Pastry Arts. After graduating, I’ve worked in many restaurants and hotels to learn how to cook professionally. I love both culinary and pastry!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My Vegan Tasting Menu! I’ve done it 3 times for different groups with great success. It’s such a fun way to show people how to used regular ingredients and make something wild and filling.
