If you are serious about getting in shape and losing weight then Steve is the right trainer for you the guy knows how to push to your limit as well as encourage you to strive fir your which ultimately is feeling better mental and physically. Worth every penny for a lifetime of health !!

So far my experience with Steven has been great he pushes me to my best and works with me at a great pace. I feel very motivated and I have seen result in other people which made me quickly choose him as my trainer.
Great person always on time and advise in advance if classa session will be cancel.
