- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am currently only offering Remote Sessions via Zoom Meeting with screen sharing. You can be sitting at your kitchen table, in your favorite recliner or even on your porch enjoying the weather - and I can still be helping you with your computer needs. How does that sound? Contact me for rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I adjust my training to the knowledge level and speed that my client is most comfortable with. It's all about them. I will have handouts and documents for them to keep, and if requested, I will assign homework to be sure they are grasping everything I am teaching them. I do not teach from a book. I do not force my clients to learn things they do not need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
