Prior to starting her own Event Planning and Design firm, Pearl worked as a Wedding Coordinator for the Catered Affair at the Boston Public Library , where she worked under the Senior Event Planner for President Obama's Innagural Week 2008. With over 300 successful weddings planned and executed under their firm, Pearl decided to venture onto her own to launch her first company, Delsie Catering and Events, a fine dining catering firm, where she catered to elite brands such as Alex and Ani, Channel, and Nordstrom. Pearl has executed hundeds of successful events under the Delsie Brand, from intimate executive dinners to 1,500 person events .
