Delise catered our 10th Anniversary Event and it was a edible success! The food concepts were unique and delicious. Delise's "out of the box" thinking helped us chose a menu that reflected our desire to have food themed around our decor and logistical needs. The attendees at our event are still raving about the food months later. The "Gourmet Goodie Boxes" were a wonderful addition to our Behind the Scenes Luncheon. The Goodie Boxes were elegant and sophisticated combined with the functionality that our corporate business partners enjoyed. It was a great way to provide a gourmet snack to our group prior to the evenings events. Pearl and her staff worked very closely with me to ensure that every detail of our event went smoothly. I couldn't ask for a better experience and will definitely use Delise for other events within our organization.

She was such a joy and pleasure to work with that I would say yes to any event that is spear headed by her. Pearl, of Delsie Catering, created a wonderful cocktail reception for my twin cousins' Bar Mitzvah. Every hors d'oeuvre was delicious and beautiful -- I enjoyed each bite more than the last! The various items served were riffs on each family member's favorite food, and the result was so great I asked Pearl for a copy of the menu to take home. Thank you again, Pearl!!!!

Delsie catered a lunch event for about 40 students, faculty, and outside guests at Bay State College yesterday. The team was very professional, the presentation was creative and attractive, and the food was delicious, especially the pumpkin-spiced panna cotta. We will definitely be using the firm again for our high-end catering needs.

Prior to starting her own Event Planning and Design firm, Pearl worked as a Wedding Coordinator for the Catered Affair at the Boston Public Library , where she worked under the Senior Event Planner for President Obama's Innagural Week 2008. With over 300 successful weddings planned and executed under their firm, Pearl decided to venture onto her own to launch her first company, Delsie Catering and Events, a fine dining catering firm, where she catered to elite brands such as Alex and Ani, Channel, and Nordstrom. Pearl has executed hundeds of successful events under the Delsie Brand, from intimate executive dinners to 1,500 person events .
