- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not complicated, but due to the changes made at Thumbtack, photos should be included in your request, as all furniture is different and a proper quote depends on them. I am trained in all upholstery and reupholstery work. I do not, however, do slipcovers, furniture refinishing or leather and fabric repairs.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be as thorough as you can in providing enough information about the job. Photos are a great help, and should be sent along with the request.
