- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For leads that qualify for solar savings, I guarantee that my solar quotes (for Program A and B) will be your lowest with the most value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) When a homeowner inputs there home address and amount of energy in kWhs used over a year at my website, I email their most productive design. 2) Once we agreed to your design. I quote you by email for both programs the popular no-cost Solar PPA (Program A) and System Ownership (Program B). 3) Then as a licensed REALTOR® we review your family's situation and decide together which Program (A or B) is best to take your home solar. 4) After completing the paperwork, I have my local install Team roll a truck and conduct a site survey which measures your roof and gets data for the Engineering Phase of your project. 5) I will champion your project through town permitting and utility interconnection approvals. 6) I attend every install to answer questions or direct the crew. 7) After install, I'm your contact for service and I pick-up the phone and am committed to returning your call within 24-hours if I missed it. 8) In the future when it is time to sell your solar home, I pair up with the top Keller William's agent in your town and work with her or him to advertise your solar home on the MLS and attend your open house to answer solar questions which gets you the highest closing price. 9) Now I'm connected to and service the new owner of your solar home :)

-Started career as an Energy Accountant/CPA for KPMG in Houston, Texas -Then got my MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business -Now self-employed as an Energy consultant for solar energy battery-backup -Am also a kw REALTOR® RES.0047612
