FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lessons must be paid in full for the month to reserve the time slot. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged. Exceptions will be made for illness and emergencies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In the first lesson I like to get to know the person I am working with before anything else. I want to know what goals they have, what they enjoy singing and if they have experience. I encourage the person to sing something if they’re comfortable doing so and then we do a little workshopping. With that being said every lesson is different and I do what I think is best for the individual, always.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied classical voice, contemporary voice and vocal therapy over the course of almost 10 years. For the last two years I have been studying vocal anatomy through the Singing Mastery Vocal Method. It is important to me that I understand the physical construct of the voice. This method is taught through my current vocal studio where I continue to participate in master classes and training courses.
