Fernanda and her two employees (family) were everything I needed. She responded immediately, and since I had a short window of only 3 days, that was key.
She was willing to start at 5am, and then when that was too early for me, she kindly rearranged her schedule to fit me in.
Her work quality and work ethic is beyond compare. I had a whole-house move-out cleaning that needed to be done ”broom clean” but I could tell Fernanda wanted to clean everything-including the windows and ovens. Since that was unnecessary in my case, she put her elbow grease toward a dismal bathroom and turned it around.
Almost everyone on thumbtack is hard working and does a good job. But Fernanda and her team took the job personally and went beyond my expectations. We even ended up friends at the end.
I can’t say enough good things about Fernanda. I will be recommending her to everyone I know. Thank you Fernanda.
