Matt and his team built a new deck for my pool and also installed new sliding glass doors where two windows used to be. He never missed a day to work and took his time to make sure everything was perfect with the deck. I couldn’t find something wrong even if I tried. We will definitely hire him again in the future.

I have used S&B Construction to build a detached garage (2015) and, more recently (2020-2021), for a large deck project.
The deck project consisted of building a new pool deck from the ground up and integrating it with a large deck attached to the house. The large house deck included building a 19x19 gable roof for part of the deck, performing necessary repairs and restoring of the deck structure, installing railings, and thr unexpected rebuilding a shed roof for an existing covered side porch that we discovered needed urgent repairs during the project. At S&B’s suggestion, all of the work was wrapped in pvc to minimize maintenance. They did all of the roofing and siding work.
A huge thing when dealing with contractors is that they did what they said they’d do, when they said they’d do it, at the price they quoted, and always kept in good contact. It was a challenging time with COVID and supply chain issues that delayed us but they worked with me throughout the project.

Matt, the owner of S&B, will work on your house like it is his own home. His attentions to detail, fit, and quality are unmatched. The work site was always clean, no junk, caution tape where appropriate, and every step of the project was clearly explained, documented, and executed correctly. I’m so happy to have found a company of this caliber to work within my budget.
