- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most times I give an estimate if the job is small enough I charge 25,00 an hr
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm very courteous and polite when dealing with a customer I submit a written estimate for the project they want done or I email an accurate estimate If I need more time on it. If they want to go ahead I set up a start date and order the material to be delivered on the site or I deliver myself and start the work that day or the next day. I never leave the job site to do other jobs I stay everyday until it's finsihed. I usually recieve a deposit a middle and a final for all jobs, If the customer likes what they see or if they want changes to the project that can be done too.

I was trained at The South Shore Vo-tech H.S. Hanover, Mass in House & Mill carpentry 79-82 Worked for 3 crews on the outside in decks and apt remodeling work for 6 years Started my own business in 1997 in attleboro,Ma
