wanted to let you know that your crew were very professional. neat and courteous to me during the install of our garage doors today.
After attending to the customer emergency earlier in the day, they arrived at 11 and didn't leave until 5:30 or so. They did not rush and did a beautiful install.
We are pleased with our new garage doors and openers and have the app working already!
I'm sure the team told you that one of the windows was broken in transit and I was assured by the guys that you would be ordering a replacement for us.
Would you mind just noting on the invoice that one window was broken and will be replaced at no charge at earliest convenience? I'd appreciate it!!
