Terence has been has been absolutely great to work with. You can tell he truly cares about your fitness goals. He creates a workout routine that’s perfect YOU and takes the time to explain what the exercise is for. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step of your Fitness journey will start with a complimentary Fitness Evaluation. From there, we will determine your current fitness level. We will check your weight, measurements, assessments, examine your meal selections, speak about goals and create an action plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been a Certified Personal Trainer for 3 years.
