NKB repaired a leaky shower that had created water damage in the walls and floor around the entrance. They did an excellent job, reasonable quote, and worked very hard to minimize the collateral damage saving most of the floor so that we were able to use the extra tile that I had and not have to rip up and replace the entire floor. They will definitely be my first choice for any next home project.

I was incredibly pleased after working with Alexandra and her team! I desperately needed to renovate my dated bathroom and they guided me through the process after I had chosen the tile and design. This was my first renovation as a homeowner and they listened to my needs but also stepped in with advice. They recommended that I go with grey rather than white grout on the floor and I am so happy with the final product. Recommend hands down and when the time comes for further renovations I will be choosing them!

Working with NKB Construction was a true pleasure. We had damage in our bathroom from a water leak that required us to redo our bathroom on short notice. NKB was quick to respond, and started the project quickly. They were on time and on budget throughout the job. All crew members were curtious and pleasant, and they kept the jobsite as tidy as possible. The quality of their work was top notch, and we are thrilled with our new bathroom. I'd recommend NKB without reservation.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We send an estimator out to your house and he emails an estimate within the next day or two, depending on the size of the job. Estimates are free of charge. We can give an estimate within a day for residential roofs. Using software that can measure your roof using satellite imagery, we are able to offer a quick turn around on quotes. We do not charge for this nor do we charge for this service. The customer does not pay until his or her roof is completely done and the owner satisfied with the work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer contacts us and we send our estimator out to discuss the work, take measurements and photos for estimating purposes and we respond via email with the estimate. If the customer is happy with the estimates description and price, we sign a contract and go to work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have all worked in trades since high school. Framing, roofing, siding, tiling and trim work. You name it we have done it at one time or another working on residential and commercial buildings.
