- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I only work with a fixed cost for the service, which is based on the labor involved and the frequency of the cleaning. The more frequent the cleaning, the lower the price. During the first visit, I am open to negotiating my rate as we can come to a "win-win" agreement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I visit their home so we can meet in person, discuss their cleaning needs, available dates and times, and the fixed cost of the service. This is a no-obligation visit. More often than not, we reach an agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in interior design for most of my life in Brazil. Here in the US, I have been working in home organization and cleaning for many years.
