I recently had flooring installed by this team, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Initially, I gave them the wrong dimensions, which caused a small shortage for a section of the floor. However, the team went above and beyond to fix the issue, sourcing the additional material and completing the work within just a few days. Excellent Experience- Jay from Rivera is a rare individual with a strong desire to work within your budget and on your terms. He's knowledgeable, personable, honest and very hard working. He shows up on time, does his work quickly and efficiently, answers any questions and makes sure you are satisfied. He was so anxious to start work immediately that it was actually a little unsettling. I contacted him on a Sunday morning, 3 days before Christmas and he was willing to drive to Western Mass from Rhode Island and start work as soon as he arrived. It sounded too good to be true. But then I thought, what have I got to lose? The other Contractors I contacted wouldn't even give me an estimate until after Christmas and if he wants to drive 90 minutes on a Sunday, go for it. So, I gave him the OK at 10:53 AM and he was at my door ready to work by 12:30. I was amazed and pleasantly surprised. He has a strong work ethic, does an excellent job and I highly recommend him. On rare occasions, things actually turn out to be as good as they seem. I'm glad I didn't let my suspicious nature curb his enthusiasm. Happy Holidays
