Absolutely made the right choice for our flooring projects. We put carpet in a bedroom, wood floor in a kitchen, and vinyl in a bathroom. All were done quickly, under budget, and excellent quality. Would choose again. Recommend highly.

Excellent Experience- Jay from Rivera is a rare individual with a strong desire to work within your budget and on your terms. He's knowledgeable, personable, honest and very hard working. He shows up on time, does his work quickly and efficiently, answers any questions and makes sure you are satisfied. He was so anxious to start work immediately that it was actually a little unsettling. I contacted him on a Sunday morning, 3 days before Christmas and he was willing to drive to Western Mass from Rhode Island and start work as soon as he arrived. It sounded too good to be true. But then I thought, what have I got to lose? The other Contractors I contacted wouldn't even give me an estimate until after Christmas and if he wants to drive 90 minutes on a Sunday, go for it. So, I gave him the OK at 10:53 AM and he was at my door ready to work by 12:30. I was amazed and pleasantly surprised. He has a strong work ethic, does an excellent job and I highly recommend him. On rare occasions, things actually turn out to be as good as they seem. I'm glad I didn't let my suspicious nature curb his enthusiasm. Happy Holidays

This was by far the best service I’ve ever experienced. The job was done in less than an hour and the quality of work was outstanding. The communication was always spot on and every thing that was discussed for this project was done exactly as planned.

Jay reached out to me shortly after I posted my flooring job on the app. He was eager to get started, which like a previous post, I was a bit concerned. However, to my surprise, he quickly reassured me that he just wanted to get started and get the job done. We settled on a date and he showed up and completed PART of the job in a matter of hours. He answered all my questions and showed me what he was going to do. He quickly addressed any concerns that came up during his work. He did good work for the portion he did. Our price agreed on included, to my understanding, both the bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom was not ready to be installed the day of, but he assured me he would come back and finish. He was aware from the beginning that the bathroom would not be ready the day he did the kitchen. We have messaged back and forth but now I’m being told the original price did not include the bathroom. I was very upfront on everything I needed done and sent photos and explained every concern I had. He assured me he could do it. However, he wants more money and having seen the bathroom in person , he still can not give me a quote. I will not be using his service on future projects.
