Introduction

Mutt Butts of RI is a full service dog walking and boarding company that also offers specialty services and caters to all animals! MBORI was founded by Chantelle Dimeo in early 2018 (but was a dream long before that). We now have a team of seven walkers and pet sitter extraordinaires. We service all of Providence County and Kent County RI as well as Eastern CT, Southeastern Mass and nearby. Our team has been trained in First Aid and CPR as well as dog behavior. We are all devoted animal lovers who treat each animal in our care like family. Mutts Butts took care of my cats while I was on vacation for a week. They were super communicative throughout the whole process! She would text me as soon as she arrived and sent me pictures and videos of my cats to let me know they were doing okay :) Their services were excellent and very fairly priced! Mutts Butts will definitely be my go-to pet sitting service!

Very flexible and worked well with my schedule and last-minute schedule. The price was very reasonable and they worked and treated all three dogs with care and love. We got pictures every day on the phone showing the pups. We will use them again as it was like having family in our home. We have recommended them to our family and friends. Really a blessing for us with such short notice. Added photo is sitter with Stormy and Windy which we got in real-time. We love their service. Thank you.

I unfortunately was not able to use their service due to my dogs unexpected illness. But I can say that they are very professional, quick to respond and compassionate!

Mutt Butts of RI is fantastic! Chantelle and her staff are friendly and always accommodating. My dog absolutely loves his walks and Mutt Butts walkers keep me updated with texts, pics and videos. Definitely 5 stars!

I'm a very busy single teacher and I used Chantelle for the 19-20 school year up until COVID hit. She is incredible! After their visit from Chantelle, my two little old dogs were always well cared for and tired from their walk when I got home! On cold days, Chantelle had them cozy in sweaters for their walks. She was incredibly kind to me and my senior pups. From our first meeting up until her last visit, she was excellent. I wouldn't want anyone else to care for my pups. Chantelle helped me out a few times last minute or even with some late night visits if I had to work late or change my plans. She also picked up the pups from boarding and brought them home for me so I could have them home that evening before the kennel closed. I honestly wouldn't trust anyone in my home and with my pups at this point. She goes above and beyond for her clients, is professional and respectful, and really cares about the animals. Adding her services to our weely routine made my life so much easier and I never once worried about my dogs while they were in her care. We can't wait to have her back when school starts again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mutt Butts offers a 10% discount to active military families and to first responders. We do have a same day request fee and a major holiday fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Mutt Butts requires a meet and greet with any new potential client. Not only does a meet and greet allow us to get to know you and your animal(s), it allows your animal(s) to decide if they are comfortable with us! Their safety is the number one priority!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mutt Butts is fully certified in Animal First Aid, Animal CPR and Animal Medication Administration. Continuing animal education is always being taken as well.
