- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is subject to each client's unique needs. I provide estimates, but each quote reflects a customized beverage services plan for your special event based on the information that you provide. No two quotes are the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Client inquires about our services -We respond and provide initial information to get started -Client works with us to get their free intake appointment set up so we can find out their specific event needs -If we feel it is a mutual fit for us and the client, we then send a contract to be reviewed & signed -Once the contract is signed, we send the client an invoice detailing what we went over on our intake call/in the contract; line list cost of services are provided to the client -Client then provides a 50% deposit to secure booking date -Client pays the remaining 50% balance for our bartending services before their event date; the timeline on this depends on how far in advance they book with us (events occurring within the same 30 days of booking must be paid in full to secure the date) -We show up to your event and provide services
