FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A $75 service charge to come out to your house. This charge is not added to cost of repair if appliance is repaired. My repair fee is very reasonable and every attempt will be made to fix it affordably.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give the customer a good idea of what to expect by honestly answering all their questions so there are no surprises!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been fixing appliances since I was a child tagging along with my father (received his trainning from N.E.Tech). I also attend classes whenever offered by Whirlpool and other manufactures on new designs by my parts distributor.
