Our basement unexpectedly flooded during a recent storm, and Restoration 1 was the first company to respond. I'm glad they did! Corey and his team were responsive, professional, did a thorough job of extracting the standing water from the basement as well as removing the wet flooring and sheetrock. I hope I don't need their services again, but if I do, I will certainly call them again.

I had water back up in my basement. They were out the next morning and took care of it quickly but thoroughly. I also had them check out a few water spots on my ceiling that looked like they had been there for a while (I had just moved in to this house). They were professional and well priced. I’d use them again for any water damage in the future (which hopefully doesn’t happen).

Overall, the work was satisfactory. There were a few minor administrative issues that were resolved. The work crew was polite and did the remediation work efficiently. They could have been a little neater and more careful in protecting the area around the attic ladder. I inspected the attic after the work and it appeared clean.
