- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is just like your event - unique! Once we connect and determine what you're looking for and how I can help, I can provide a quote for you! Returning customer? I'd love to offer returning customers or customers who book multiple events at a time (engagement party, bridal shower & wedding) a discount! Referral? Did you love your experience with Ocean State Events? Tell a friend and receive an awesome Thank You gift card to either Starbucks, Etsy, or Amazon once they book their event!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'd love to grab a coffee (or 2!) or FaceTime if you're not local to get to know you and what you're looking for! I'll take lots of notes, ask lots of questions, and make sure that I'm able to make your vision come to life!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I majored in Communications at University of Rhode Island and interned at Sullivan Custom Planning.
