- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
New customers will always receive a discount of some sort. I like to paint a ceiling or varnish a railing or two for them. It all really depends on the customers situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a meeting and go over the work they would like to get done. Then they can expect an estimate in a timely manner with a price that is within their budget. I would ask about availability and start dates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 15 years of interior painting experience, I am fully able to assist my customers with any questions or concerns they may have.
