- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is project based. I offer a free 15 min strategy call where I can usually offer 1-2 pieces of information that will help even if we don't end up working together. My main goal is to add value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a FREE 15 min strategy call to truly understand the client's needs and see if there is a fit. I know that I can't help everyone. I try to add value during the call and point the client in the right direction even if we are not a good fit. If we determine there is a good fit, we will provide the client with a detailed estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in chemistry and worked as an analytical chemist at the beginning of my career. This helped me to develop very strong analytical problem solving abilities. I love to learn and am a continual student of business. I then went on to start a digital marketing company which I grew and sold it to private equity. I spent 7 years building the company, then left to start Envisionable.
