- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All of my programs are custom built for my client and tailored to the event and attendees. In order to deliver messages that will resonate with the attendees, I work closely with the client to understand the unique dynamics of the group I'll be working with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Masters degree in Organizational Leadership; Bachelor's degree in Communications; Graduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning; and 40 years of experience as a professional communicator.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Working with non-profit, education, government and corporate clients, I have: * provided training and keynote speeches for conferences and special events. * conducted workshops and coaching on work-life balance, employee communications, interpersonal communications, public relations, media relations, customer service, team building, motivational leadership, personal accountability, resiliency, and dealing with change. * facilitated brainstorm sessions, staff retreats, and working group meetings. * provided media training to prepare staff for press interviews. * served as a humorous emcee for special events, award ceremonies, fund raisers, holiday parties, and employee functions.
