- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My tuition fee is $17 per hour if the lessons are twice per week and $20 if once per week. If we use a textbook, the cost of the Deutsch Aktuell text, used but in good condition from Amazon, is about $10.00 including shipping.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I engage my German clients in practical conversation by departing from dialogs and stories from materials that I send and from a textbook that is full of other resources as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in German and a Master of Arts degree in Teaching. Besides having lived and worked in Germany, I have taught either German or Latin or both for the last 30 years.
