Excellent!!! Nolvia and Manuel have been keeping my 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom home with two large dogs perfectly clean and beautiful for over 1 and a half years. We hired them when we first moved here from another state. They come every week and are like family now. They are they are dependable, kind and generous of heart and thourogh, dependable and take pride in their work. I couldn't manage this house without them. I was truly blessed when I found them on Thumbtack.

Nolvia is a true professional. She responded to each of my texts a timely manner. She showed up to work on time. The quality of her work is amazing. Nolvia left my house looking and smelling very clean. She is detail oriented which we appreciated since past cleaners seem to be hit and miss about the base boards, ceiling fans, etc. I am so happy we found her. Nolvia, husband, and daughter-in-law were punctual, efficient, and thorough. My house hadn’t been cleaned in six weeks and was very dusty and had a lot of dog hair. I double checked all the ‘hidden’ areas and found they did a very complete job. The bathrooms & kitchen were sparkling. This family business will continue to get my routine business!!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this cleaning service. They were hired to clean my elderly father’s home, and when he mentioned he preferred monthly cleaning over biweekly, they abruptly raised the price from $200 to $230. Despite my father offering to pay the originally agreed-upon amount of $200, they refused and took their cleaning supplies, leaving without completing the job. This kind of unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with a vulnerable person like my father. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Horrible experience all around.

When you contacted us we agreed to go in person to give an estimate. We gave 2 prices which was a biweekly cleaning as well as a monthly cleaning. Your dad agreed with the price and said a biweekly cleaning was fine. We scheduled a day to go do our service. Upon our arrival he expressed interest in a monthly cleaning instead of biweekly. We said it wasnt a problem. He then refused to pay the amount we agreed for monthly cleaning. We told him that it wasnt possible. Weekly, biweekly, and monthly all have different prices and we told him that when we have the estimate which we agreed to. After refusing to pay we left the house. As we left you called us and as soon as we answered you immidietley started yelling which doesnt solve anything. We were never rude or raised our voices because we have respect for our customers. We tried telling you what happened however you wouldnt let us with your yelling. You didnt even let us talk then you hung up the phone.
