- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
WHAT IS INCLUDED : THE COST OF TRAVEL TO AND FROM YOUR LOCATION. DELIVERY OF SPEECH OR TEACHING SESSION. A TIME OF Q AND A IF REQUESTED. INTERACTION WITH GROUP IF TIME ALLOWS. PEOPLE MAY FEEL MORE COMFORTABLE ASKING A QUESTION IN A ONE ON ONE SETTING THEN WITH A GROUP.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I WOULD LOVE TO SPEAK WITH CUSTOMERS SO WE CAN ANSWER EACH OTHERS QUESTIONS AT NO OBLIGATION TO THEM. IT IS MY GOAL TO BE ON TARGET WITH CUSTOMER'S GOALS FOR THEIR GROUP. I DON'T WANT TO ANSWER QUESTIONS THAT ARE NOT BEING ASKED.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I HAVE EARNED DEGREES IN BIBLICAL STUDIES FROM GENEVA COLLEGE (CUTS) AND IN URBAN MISSIONS FROM WESTMINSTER THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY. IN BOTH PROGRAMS I TOOK CLASSES IN PUBLIC SPEAKING. I ALSO TRAINED WITH TOASTMASTERS INTERNATIONAL FOR 3 YEARS I AM A ORDAINED MINISTER AND PASTOR WITH CHURCH OF GOD ANDERSON IN. HAVE WORKED IN CHURCH MINISTRY OVER 30 YEARS IN LEADING VARIOUS MINISTRIES. (MARRIAGE, PRISON AND YOUTH) I AM EMPLOYED HAS A CORRECTIONAL OFFICER 10 YEARS MARRIED OVER 35 YEARS WITH 4 CHILDREN
