- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide full residential garage door and locksmith services (Repair, Installation and Maintenance). When the customer calls, we will have the technician reach out to the customer to provide the price for the service they are requesting. Pricing can vary depending on the complexity of the job, the materials needed, and the distance to travel to the location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quality is our main goal! We make sure to build a great experience with our customers by providing great service from the first call. Typically, a customer will call us requesting a locksmith or garage door service. If it is for a locksmith service, we will get the customer's information and the locksmith will provide the estimate for the price and how long it will take to arrive to their location. If it is not for an immediate or emergency service, then we will set an appointment with the customer. For garage door service, we will collect the customer's information and set an appointment either for repair or installation. This typically involves coming out to the home to take measurements for installation, or to do an evaluation for repair. Timing varies for garage door installation depending on if the door will be custom ordered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully licensed and insured. Our technicians are professionally trained for all type of repair and installation jobs for both garage door and locksmith services. Our technicians have more than 12-25 years experience.
