Jose was fantastic!! He took the time to explain to us what the possible problem was and the options we had to repair the problem. He was able to trouble shoot and ID the problem and repair our freezer in less than an hour!! I will definitely use them in the future for any other appliance repairs!! I am very happy with the results of the work done. The worker was very polite and super professional. He was knowledgeable and performed the job speedily. My only concern was not being able to receive a quote of the job prior to him starting. I felt that having an idea of cost could help to ease my mind when it came to the expected payment. For instance, working on a specified area of work, like a washer and dryer or if the work was for kitchen appliances, or plumbing, there should be an average amount give or take for the job. I do understand that the charges for a company play a role, being that they have to pay for parts and the customer has to keep in mind labor cost, but giving a customer an idea can help in the future. Otherwise, I am happy with the service and the results.
