sorry we were unable to satisfy you. However scheduling with thumbtack is not the best way to schedule with rc directly. Thumtacks way of scheduling doesn't always align with our actual schedule. The best way to contact us would have been to call us with the number provided. Also our charge for our non member service dispatch fee is $150.00 flat rate. A 1 star rating is very distasting considering we have not been in direct contact yet and have not done any work for you.

We charge a dispatch fee of $120.00 within a 30 mile radius. Anything over 30 miles is $150.00. This cover full trip and diagnoses.
