Rebecca was very knowledgeable and so generous with her time. As an investor from outside the area, I was hoping for somebody to tell me if I was approaching investing in the area correctly or not. Ms. Dailey is an awesome property manager. She keeps the tenant aware of property standards and the owner up to date on property maintenance.
