Jonathan and his team did a fantastic job on our cabin renovation project. His communication, availability and work was top notch! We honestly could not be happier with how the project turned out, from start to finish. Jonathan was very flexible and descriptive/informative throughout the entire process. Jonathan’s professionalism and knowledge was super helpful. We will certainly be contacting again for future projects and highly recommend!!

Sam’s Construction is amazing. He came to give me a free quote and spent almost an hour explaining what needed to be done, how long it was going to take and gave me a quote by text. He was fair and knew what he was talking about. Today he came with a guy he has known since college and got right to it. They had to re-frame my garage opening, then paint and silicone seal…perfect. They also scraped and sanded a double door molding in the back of my house, then painted two coats…again perfect. I only wish I found Johnathon ten years ago. He also does tile work. What really sets them apart from others is they not only are great framers, but they are detail conscious and don’t leave till they are done and clean up…just outstanding. Stop looking…call Johnathon.
