I have been in the water gardening business for the past 18 years. I started out installing custom ponds and waterfalls then moved onto selling the products. I have experience in all water gardening products out there. I see there is a lack of service out there for pond maintenance and repairs/upgrades. The best part of my job is helping the customer fix their problem.

I can’t say enough good things about Paul. My husband and I just bought our house and were stumped when the waterfall stopped working. Paul responded right away when I scheduled and was very communicative throughout the process. He was friendly and very patient with our enthusiastic puppy. A new pump and a good cleaning later and our waterfall and ponds look and work better than we ever could have imagined. The cost was more than fair for the quality of work. Do not hesitate to give Paul your business! He’s the guy you’ve been looking for!

Our koi pond was leaking and needed to be cleaned. Paul promptly answered my inquiry about his availability, asking questions about the project. After receiving my answers and some photos, he provided a quote which was exactly the amount he charged for the work. He repaired a leak near the waterfall which now works beautifully and the pond no longer is losing water. He was so easy to work with, arriving when he promised and answering all of our questions. When our pond needs to be cleaned in the future I will call him. I recommend him highly.

I’m not going to give a negative review because I honestly didn’t work with this company. I had an appointment at 6pm on Saturday and finally reached out to them at 6:45 and he said he couldn’t make it. Trust me I completely understand that things come up or jobs may take longer than expected. But I should have heard from them before the scheduled time. Anyway I was given another appointment that I didn’t notice, and I turned it down. From other reviews they seem to do a great job. I just like to think my time is as valuable as theirs.

I had a pond for almost 30 years. The water level was quickly going down so I found Nothern Cascade(Paul). He arrive exactly at the time of our appointment, diagnosed the problem quickly, and the proceeded to fix the leak on the spot. I expected to have the entire pond liner replaced which would have been very expensive. Rn Cascade. Paul had the problem fixed after a couple of hours and cleaned up so that it appeared as if nothing had been touched. The price was very reasonable. Paul has great knowledge of ponds and was easy to work with. I highly recommend Paul and Northern Cascade.

Paul arrived on time; immediately dug into the project of cleaning out my pond, clearing out a lot of the water lilies, finding the leak where pond water was escaping. Cleaned up the area in yard where he was working. Paul was professional, knowledgeable and I would use his services again if needed. Great job!!
