FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most projects are quoted on a fixed fee rather than billed at an hourly rate. Our experience is that pricing a service based on a fixed fee rather than billing hourly promotes transparency, fosters open communication, and eliminates surprises for clients, creating a more predictable and collaborative partnership. Our minimum monthly fee is $500 per month for monthly bookkeeping services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We encourage all our potential clients to learn more about us and our service offerings on our website. If you think we might be a good fit, the first step would be to schedule a FREE consultation phone call. Following the initial phone consultation, the next step involves requesting Accountant Access to the QuickBooks Online file. Subsequently, a diagnostic review is conducted to assess the accuracy of financial transactions, evaluate the complexity of the business, and establish a clearer understanding of the scope of work, ultimately determining the appropriate fee for services. All accounting and advisory services are performed remotely, utilizing Zoom meetings and phone calls as necessary for effective communication and collaboration. Requests for onsite work and meetings will be evaluated on an individual basis, taking into account specific circumstances and requirements.
