- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since every home is unique we tailor a repair plan specific to the needs of everyone, it is difficult to give exact pricing without an onsite inspection. That is one of the many reasons that we offer Free- no obligation written estimates .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first schedule an inspection time that works into all homeowners schedules. We offer day, evening and Saturday appointments to ensure we are able to meet with the homeowner when it is most convenience for them. Our inspections take about an hour or so to evaluate both the internal and external waterproofing and foundation repair needs of the home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are members of the Basement Health Association. Additionally, company owners and managers are Certified Waterproofing Specialist and Certified Structural Repair Specialists as certified by the Basement Health Association who require continuing education mandates.
