We had a plumbing emergency after another plumber did improper work on our home a few days after moving in. Called England's.just after 7 am and Chuck was here within the hour. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have s service call fee to come out of $149.00, this fee is for travel time from our location to yours, this gives our Tech 15 minutes to figure out the problem. Present a price to make the repair. If the repair goes over $1499.00 we waive this fee.
