FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My training sessions run about 40-45 minutes each. My clients work with me 2-4 times a week, depending on their schedule, budget, and level of commitment. Pricing for packages goes down when commitment level goes up, ie - a 6-month agreement is less than a 3-month one, and a 12-month is even less.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first do a phone pre-qualification interview in which I get a sense of my prospective client’s fitness and health goals and their level of commitment towards reaching those goals. Then, we meet in person or via zoom for a face to face consultation. This is more in depth and I present my training program and the prices of the various packages. If the client is ready to move forward with me, we will do a fitness assessment then as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified NASM trainer, and I have been adhering to a personal workout program since I was 14. I also take part in expanding my personal training certification with ongoing education.
