I hired Seamus to fix drywall and get my bathroom ready for me to paint. I advised him I had materials and if more were needed I would purchase them with my HD credit card. He advised he needed more trim. He advised me the materials cost was $200, there's no way, I purchased an entire box for under $50. He advised me the cost for the work would be $720, the final bill was $1,200. I only added hanging a medicine cabinet and light fixture in bathroom. I have no problem paying for work, but not more than it's worth and the work is not complete. He advised me over a week ago he would fix the job and now he is ignoring me. Please beware, he is only after money, not getting the job done correctly. See pictures as proof of a terrible job. Now I have to pay someone else to finish the job right. Single woman homeowner tired of people taking advantage because they think I don't know better.
