- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always offer a client flat fee pricing so they know the total price up front. Nobody likes surprise bills. I offer discounts to veterans, first responders and non profits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first step is to get to know you as a person this includes your goals not only for the pending legal matter but in totality. This allows me not only to better represent you but it allows me to offer counsel and advice that you may not know you needed to ask for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent a considerable time becoming educated in trauma informed advocacy. This is attorney advocacy which is informed and aligned to clients traumas. By practicing advocacy with this mind set I am able to help clients tell their story and navigate the judicial system as painlessly as possible.
