Cost Factors: The price can be influenced by the complexity of the project, the level of expertise required, and the time it will take to complete. We offer expedited services for addition cost such as emergency services, rush jobs Payment Structure: We may require a deposit upfront, with the remainder due upon project completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation: Start by having an initial conversation with the customer. This involves understanding the customer’s needs, goals, and expectations. During this consultation, we gather information about the project scope, timeline, and budget. Needs Assessment: Dive deeper into the customer’s requirements. They ask detailed questions to identify specific points and desired outcomes. This step helps us tailor our services to meet their unique needs. Proposal and Agreement: Based on the information gathered, we create a detailed proposal. This includes a breakdown of services, deliverables, costs, and timelines. The customer reviews the proposal, and both parties negotiate any necessary adjustments. Once agreed upon, a formal contract is drawn up, outlining the terms and conditions. Project Kickoff: We initiate the project by setting up communication channels, introducing team members, and establishing project milestones. Then clarify roles, responsibilities, and expectations. Execution and Communication: Throughout the project, we maintain regular communication with the customer. Updates, progress reports, and any challenges are shared transparently. We address any concerns promptly and adapt to changes as needed.
