We had Heindel’s, Grade/Level our yard and replace dirt that was moved by us. He did a great job and had it completed in hours - checked in with us before completing and verified everything was to our liking and then smoothed everything out for us. Definitely recommend and will be using again for other projects.

Ryan is excellent to work with. He did a great job with our front yard grading and leveling project and our back yard French drain. I contacted four persons for a job of leveling dirt left behind after a dig. Heindel's Excavating arrived on time, offered a fair bid that was over $1000 less than what anyone else offered on Thumbtack. Ryan met and exceeded every expectation that I had. No shortcuts were taken; he leveled and smoothed the dirt and made sure to remove any debris from an old retaining wall than bury it under the dirt. He cared for my yard as if it were his own and not just another job site. His punctuality, attentiveness to the job and its requirements, cleanup of the site after he had finished, and consistently in communication are the reasons that he will return in the spring to tackle another project. I recommend Heindel's Excavation without hesitation. His services are top notch.

My quotes will be itemized with a specific scope of work. Everything is in writing, and I will review the information I provide with the customer. If the customer doesn’t agree with something that is quoted, we will discuss the matter in question so the customer fully understands why something is quoted the way it is. We will never bill for something we do not provide.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the customer and discuss what the end goal is that the customer is looking for. I enjoy providing quality jobs at a reasonable price.
